Mazda of Orland Park Testimonials A sincere THANK YOU to all our favorite customers!
Jack is so easy to work with and very attentive to all our needs. This was our fourth purchase of a Mazda from Jack. Mazda of Orland Park is the best dealer I have ever dealt with. Tim
Jack was great. I have been driving a Mazda 1976 since my first one was 808 The car came with a four-speed manual. I paid under 2800.00 new
Worst of the worst dealership Iāve ever have sealed with in my entire life. The floor people are very nice and friendly but the staff in service department and the general manager are all very unprofessional people and it seems thats what makes this dealership a big flop. I love the cars that Mazda makes but this place really spoils the experience.
A few weeks ago I was having trouble with a key fob to my Mazda CX5. I went to Orland Park Service and the problem was resolved by Ruben( I don't see his photo here I am not able to attached the review to him). He is always professional and courteous but I wanted to note that he went out of his way to help.
Iām extremely disappointed with the service at Mazda Orland. Today, I found out that there was a limited warranty extension for a known touchscreen issue back in 2019 ā the exact issue Iām experiencing now. I moved in 2020, so I never received the notice. Despite multiple service visits after that date, no one mentioned the warranty extension or suggested checking the part, which could have saved me $500. When I asked why, the service rep bluntly said, āWe wouldnāt make any money if we let people know that.ā This is unethical and not how you treat loyal customers. Theyāve lost my business for good.
I bought my first SUV, Mazda CX5. The staff, especially Adam and John were amazing and everything went very smoothly. I received a box fresh baked cookies at my door as a gift from Eric Vates. It made my day! I also received lifetime car wash at their premises. Thank you Mazda of Orland Park!! Rabea
My job in finance includes evaluating how owners run their business, and I had a great experience at Mazda of Orland Park. Eric Vates knows how to close a deal with satisfaction - my trade-in and purchase was done in 10 minutes. Also great service from Tori, and Marta in Finance - they handled all the details including title, license etc. without me having to spend any time on it.
Initially I was very impressed with the customer service upon the deal, but it seems like it was just an act for the purpose of making the deal happen. Orland Park was the only dealership that had the vehicle for lease for the promotion price. Upon signing the agreement I was told to get free oil change for the 2 years and unlimited car was. Immediately I asked the salesman. Can I go anywhere because it doesnāt make sense to drive to Orland Park just for a car wash oil change if I lived nearby another Mazda dealership, and the response I got was that yes, it was fine that I go to another place. Flash ash. Forward four months later I went to get an oil change at the dealership . forward for months later I went to get an oil change at the dealership nearby me came to find out it was only honor at Orland park. They didnāt even offer me a compensation and said oh well it was supposed to be here. I felt very fraud and left in the dust to deal with the misinformation on my own. I am very disappointed in the the dealership lack of customer service and glad to know I will never recommend or come back there for a car because if something happened, they will just brush me off.
After years of recommendations from friends, I finally made my first Mazda purchase (Oct 2022) and it was a great experience! (I keep my new vehicle purchases for several years - typically 12-15 years!) Everyone at the dealership was professional and helpful. They all seemed to have my personal satisfaction as their top priority. I left with my new vehicle very satisfied. So far, the vehicle is great and love the ride!
Yesterday I called to setup an appointment to get a new key but was informed that I've been "banned" because I wrote a bad Google review about my buying process a few years ago.
I was referred here by a old coworker/family friend and had a great car buying experience. I emailed Eric regarding a car that they had in stock and he promptly responded to my email and gave me a great out the door price. Adam my sales person was quick to call and set up a day and time to come in. He kept in contact with me regarding the vehicle. When I came in Saturday 1/15 I was greeted automatically when I entered their dealership looks like a show room and the hospitality was great. Adam got us keys right away for a test drive and offered to let us go by ourselves, we asked for him to come as we werenāt familiar with the area and he asked what kind of test drive we wanted, short ride or a longer test drive. After returning the selling process was great, he was laid back, friendly, and answered all my questions. As we were new to Mazda he made sure to go over all the features, how to work everything before we left, he sat in the car with us to make sure we were comfortable with all the features. Marta the Finance Manager was awesome as well, nice, friendly, she went over everything as well and answered all questions and concerns. After my experience I understand why my friends have been coming here for years. I had great experiences with Eric, Adam, and Marta. Go White Sox!
Dealership only cares about reviews. If you write an unfavorable review, they will not sell you a car. Will allow you to go through full paper work and bully you into not writing another review before they give you a vehicle.
We already determined what model, trim, and a prioritized list of colors in the car we were looking for. Called dealership and spoke to Adam, who eventually was our sales rep. I inquired about CX-5 inventory and found what we were looking for. Arriving at the dealership, we felt like we were in a 5-star resort lobby. Its' clean, open floor plan is very welcoming. Knowing the car buying process takes on average 2 1/2 to 3 hours, we knew this will be a pleasant environment to be in. Adam offered us to test drive the car without him. After returning we had a few more question. He is very knowledgeable and at no point did we feel pressure buy. Secretly, we were eyeing floor model which we ended up buying. After a few adjustments to the bill of sales we agreed to buy. Note: At the time of writing this review, Adam is not listed as a sales rep to rate, but we give him 5 stars Marta, who processed the paperwork is also great. She confirmed a few numbers and explained each part of the process (car title, license, etc.). The whole car buying experience when smooth. We recommend visiting this dealership and connecting with Adam and Marta. They are a great pleasure to work with and the dealership is a great place to be in. Pro tip: Make sure you know what car you exactly want (trim, color, etc.). Do an internet search "car bill of sales". It will help with negotiating. Good luck!!
I came in ready to buy, approval in hand and the manager only offered 3000 for a vehicle that was appraised well over 8000. He stated the transmission sounded weird which made no sense. It was a terrible experience especially since the same vehicle I want is still listed. Updated reviewā¦ā¦.. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Mazda of Orland Park. In March 2021, I went with my father and the owner of the dealership provided a very horrible experience in which I decided to detail in a google review. Fast forward to November, my father and I decided to try the dealership again. We had new circumstances and went through the process fairly quickly and fairly well with the finance manager, however once the documents were signed the vehicle was ready to be driven off the lot as my own, the finance manager comes in with a printout of my review to say do I remember writing the review, why would I come back if I had a bad experience, and if Iām going to change the tune of my review. At this point Iām confused because all of my paper work is done and now Iām being chastised about a review of my experience. The finance manager which was the only woman in the office, said please just say sorry, heās mad. He wants you to apologize and say you are not going to write another review. We donāt sell cars to unhappy people. At that point, John who says he owns the dealership, stated he took the review personally because he has children. Again saying he understands why my review was written but he doesnāt agree that I wrote the review. After 30 minutes of going back and forth the manager finally just I want you to say youāre not going to write another review and letās leave as friends. As a consumer, at this point Iām floored. Im embarrassed and upset because Iām feeling like Iām begging for a vehicle I have already outright purchased. John want to shake my hand and at which point I decline politely and said I rather not at this time because naturally you again have ruined my experience. Then he says forget it you canāt have the car. Youāre not happy. At this point my father and I are floored. The purchase was complete. Iām only grateful that I did not allow them to run my credit again because I walked in with my own pre-approval. This was the most embarrassing, horrible experience car shopping. Again as a consumer if someone tries your establishment after a bad experience, you should thank them and try to better their experience. This dealership just doesnāt have any class, any respect, and seemingly from their reviews on google this is the new approach they take with their customers who they claim to treat like family. --
A complete RACIST! Disrespectful, Unprofessional, and Unintelligent. Worse Experience ever. Check Google Review 11/12
