When I was 21 I leased my first car for myself let’s just say it was an amazing experience it was my first purchase of my very first car I’ve had it for 3 years and I loved it I also recommend it to everyone if they are trying to lease a car do it with Mazda of orland park they are amazing also the workers are wonderful as well and the service advisor's Jack and Ruben were also very helpful as well! Marta Duraj sold me my car and we did pretty much everything via text. I was having a hard time making it back to the dealership and she was very accommodating, once we reached a deal I asked her to prepare everything before I got to the dealership. So when I arrived everything was ready I drove the car to make sure everything was what I wanted, signed the paperwork and I was done, took less than an hour. Wow this place is swanky. Never felt so underdressed for an oil change! Very accommodating. There is a beautiful waiting area with refreshments and comfortable seats and TV. The bathrooms are nicer than most hotels! No wonder my hubby won’t take our Mazda anywhere else!

A special thanks to the salesman here. Even though I wasn't n love with the car, I was going to purchase due to the attractive 1.9 apr. But thanks to him leaving me waiting for almost an hour and then not contacting me for another hour while he helped someone else( and not communicated any of this to me) I left, paid 10k more for a new car with a higher apr, but I LOVE my Toyota Crown. I recommend anyone to go to Toyota of Merrillville and see Mariana Lopez for an amazing experience and a better car.
I’ve had several maintenance items handed to perfection this past year and today was no different. Rudy Robinson coordinated my service each time and he’s been amazing. Makes you feel like an important customer and does all in his power to be accommodating. The work performed by the service staff has been top notch with no issues. I feel I can drive my car with confidence.

Very thorough and fast service
Took my car for a dashboard message over the weekend. Ruben and team were able to fix the error message, without having to add any additional charges. However, since the same reproduced again, they never mentioned the real cause besides saying, “we might need to change the part” so took it to another local mechanic, and now I know.
My experience was phenomenal as usual, the staff is very friendly, approachable and helpful. This is my fourth mazda from this dealer and love it. I love the relationships I have with the repair shop everyone is nice and explain everything to you and most of all my sales man Mr. Chris and Jack and the woman that closed the deal when Chris wasn't available was all so helpful. Purchased a new 2026 CX 50 Hybrid With John S. And received excellent service. Went back and purchased all weather mats from the service department and they were fantastic! They installed all my mats and gave my car a wash and then pulled it around front for me!
Great customer service and you are shown a video of your car during service. Any repairs they let you know and they ask for your permission to complete it while you wait. Waiting area is clean with refreshments and attractive bathrooms.
When a friend of mine asked me to go car shopping I was like ..I really don't want to. She begged me to come as she has always had bad experiences with car sales people. I agreed to meet her. bought my 2025 cx30 here last year, they were so kind and patient and truly made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the entire process, my car hasn’t had any issues, all my services were handled with care, and they do complimentary washes inside and outside. overall 10/10 experience, made my first time buying a car and my experience so easy.

Worst of the worst dealership I’ve ever have sealed with in my entire life. The floor people are very nice and friendly but the staff in service department and the general manager are all very unprofessional people and it seems thats what makes this dealership a big flop. I love the cars that Mazda makes but this place really spoils the experience.
